V2.04 on branch V4 strengthens BlessBoard website management on the shared GetPro platform (draft/preview/publish/version/restore, media, concurrent-edit reliability), adds the platform color/theme system and shared Country+City registration geography, and delivers ActiveClinic Stitch public/hub redesign. Hosted final QA closed on neuniversity testing (RELEASE_BLOCKERS=0). Production untouched; Pronline V10 preserved.
